Megan Lyons
Megan has been a resident of Georgia for over 20 years and has lived in several areas in and around Atlanta. She is very familiar with the areas of Decatur, Kirkwood, East Atlanta, Chamblee, Midtown, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, and Woodstock but is certainly not limited to them. Constantly visiting new places around the city is what keeps her up-to-date with the latest information on the market.
After graduating from Georgia College & State University with a BA in Management, Megan worked in sales for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. In an effort to further her career Megan changed companies in 2008 to do marketing work for a boutique home-building company. It was here that she realized her passion in life - real estate!
Megan's experiences in sales, marketing, customer service, and home-building enhance her ability to provide her clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information, useful resources and tools to help them along the way, as well as top-notch customer service.

Natalie Grabowski
After buying and selling her last home, Natalie, an Atlanta native, realized her passion for real estate and the potential she had to help others.
As a proud graduate of UGA, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a minor in Child and Family Development and a Masters in Teaching. As a teacher for over nine years, Natalie has been able to use that knowledge to talk clients through the buying and selling process, come up with clear answers to questions, and understand what clients want.
Megan and Natalie have a combined experience of over 16 years in real estate, and they are very focused on giving their clients the best customer service. Natalie is extremely detail-oriented, creative, responsive, honest, and simply put - exactly who you would want on your side! She goes above and beyond to make sure every single client feels comfortable with the process and will bend over backward to make sure that happens.
Aside from her love for real estate, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, UGA football, exploring new restaurants around town, volunteering at her children's school, and traveling. She also recently got certified as a Volunteer Ombudsman where she is an advocate for residents in long term care facilities.
